Madang began with our shared love of hospitality, travel, and cocktails. As we visited bars around the world, we became inspired by the way a well-made drink could tell a story, introduce an unexpected flavor, or bring back a familiar memory. We began applying what we learned to the ingredients and experiences that shaped our own Korean-American upbringing.
